Good to June 1st. Three night stay required. Overnight summer rates are $125 for a room; for the one-bedroom apartment, $180 and for the larger apartment, $300. We also offer weekly and monthly rates--see below. Prices may vary depending upon time of season. Corporate discounts are available.
Weekly prices for rooms in season are $850 and for the one-bedroom apartment the weekly price is $1030. The two-bedroom apartment rents for $1612 weekly during the season.
For stays less than 90 days, Mass. Room Occupancy taxes apply.
GOING SENSIBLE GREEN
To save the environment and save you money, we offer housekeeping as an option. We're always happy to provide clean towels and sheets for the asking. Each room is air conditioned, of course. We just encourage guests to turn it off when leaving for any extended period of time. These small steps add up if everyone does them.
For these reason we offer greater value at affordable prices!
Our cancellation policy: Seven days advance notice required for rooms and 45 days for apartments. After that date, we can offer a credit but no refunds. Cancellation fees may apply. For seasonal rentals, we charge 50% of the balance at the time of the reservation and collect full payment at check-in.
Our check-in policy is quite simple. The paperwork is all taken care of in our office. You can go directly to your room where you will find your receipt and key. No need to look for us or wait in line at a desk!
Upon arrival, park in the back and the entrance is in the back. When checking out, just leave the key in the room and you can be on your way. It's that simple!
